Your plan includes 20 minutes of my time each month for changes to your website. People always ask what that actually buys, so here it is in plain terms.
Twenty minutes is one thing done properly, or two or three small tweaks. It is not a stopwatch - if something runs to twenty-five minutes I'm not going to send you an invoice for the extra five. But it does mean we both know roughly where the line sits.
These aren't off limits. They're just bigger than twenty minutes, so I'll price them separately at £65 + VAT an hour - or roll them into a bigger plan if they're becoming a regular thing.
You don't need to save them up or work out how long they'll take - that's my job. Email me, and I'll batch them sensibly.
You'll get a straight answer - "that's about an hour, £65 + VAT, shall I go ahead?" - and nothing gets done without you saying yes. No surprise invoices, ever.
I'm a one-person business, so rather than promise a turnaround I can't always keep, I'll come back to you with a realistic date and then hit it. Most small changes happen within a couple of days. If something's genuinely urgent, say so and I'll work round it where I can.
The monitoring means I usually know before you do, and that always jumps the queue.
It's there each month whether you use it or not - it's what keeps your site looked after rather than left alone. If you're regularly running past it, that's a good sign you'd be better off on Grow, which includes a full hour a month that does roll over for up to three months, a blog post published and optimised each month, and a quarterly report on how the site's doing.
Questions about any of this? Just ask - I'd rather explain it twice than have you wondering.
