Most web designers won't put a price on a page. I'd rather you knew roughly what you were getting into before you gave up half an hour of your day. Everything below is + VAT, and every quote is confirmed in writing after a call.
No templates. Priced by how many pages your business actually needs.
A simple presence - who you are, what you do, how to reach you
The usual shape: home, services, about, contact, and a page or two more
A bigger site with a blog and separate pages per service
Large or unusual - commerce, members, something awkward to move
Extra pages beyond a tier are £150 each. If you'd like copy written for you rather than supplying it, that's £200 a page including an interview and two rounds of changes.
Your content and structure, rebuilt as a site you own. Everything redirects properly, so you keep the search rankings you've already earned.
Extra pages £85 each. If I've built your site before, the move is free - you just pick a care plan. A redesign as part of the move is priced as a new build.
None of the below is an add-on. It's in every build, at every price, because a site without it isn't finished.
A custom-coded site has no platform fee, so this replaces your Squarespace or Wix subscription — and I make the changes instead of you. Rolling monthly by direct debit, 30 days' notice, cancel whenever.

The 20 minutes on Care is more than it sounds. Most requests are a price change, a photo swap or new opening hours. Here's what fits →
Blog posts are published and optimised, not written — you supply the words. If you'd rather I wrote them, there are content packages from £128 a post.
On Grow and Partner, unused change time rolls over for up to three months. Anything over two hours in one month just needs a couple of weeks' notice so I can fit it in properly.
All prices + VAT. Free migration of your existing site on any plan for previous clients.
It's one thing done properly, or two or three small tweaks - and most of what people actually ask for is a price change, a photo swap or new opening hours. It isn't a stopwatch either; if something runs to twenty-five minutes I'm not going to invoice you for the extra five.
Most agency blog content reads like it was written by someone who has never met your customers — because it was. I start with the keywords your customers actually search, then we get on a call and you tell me what you think about the subject. Then I write it. Your expertise, my words, in your voice.
Why the call matters. A blog post that ranks and a blog post that wins you work are different things. Keywords get you found; what you actually think about the subject is what makes someone pick up the phone. Half an hour of your time per three posts is all it takes.
Content packages can be spread across the same direct debit as your care plan, so it lands as a monthly figure rather than a bill.
All prices + VAT. Posts are yours — no licensing, no lock-in.
Anything outside an agreed scope is £65 an hour + VAT, quoted before I start it. There's a longer list - if what you need isn't here, ask.
Half on order, half on launch. Anything over £3,000 splits into three. Two rounds of revisions are included, and quotes are valid for 30 days.
Rolling monthly by direct debit. No minimum term, no annual tie-in, 30 days' notice to cancel. If you'd rather pay a year up front, ask and I'll sort it.
Registered charities and not-for-profits get 15% off the build, and paying in full up front takes off another 5%. A rush job inside three weeks adds 20%, because it displaces other work.
You hear about it before I do it, with a price attached. Nothing appears on an invoice that you haven't agreed to first.
Every site is different, so the honest answer is that a short conversation will get you a better number than any page can. Tell me roughly what you need and I'll come back with a real figure - no hard sell, no obligation.
